hi Zech I have been with you now for 7 years there about’s and all of your product’s have all way’s been the best on the internet and they have always been free for any one that needed them , and now I am back once again looking for certain product’s I have this Panimage multimedia novel e-reader but it only can use certain products too use it and it is protected by adobe DRM files and epub e-books and barnes and noble nook books too operate it but I am having a problem with it you just can not get any for it because it is obsolete I need some software for it, can you pont me in the right direction too pick up some products that a newbie can pick up for free , I have been off work again going on 2 years now so my money is very tight right now, 3 operation’s in 1 year and finally I am back on the mend I just can not wait until they give the O K too go back too work again and I do thank you from the very bottom of my body mind heart and soul Joseph Henry Mcdonell
